Our personal vacation spot; this family friendly, coastal property overlooks the pool and is a two-minute walk to the gorgeous white sand beach. Fully renovated in 2021 with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, and curated beautiful beach decor. Grab a drink and relax on the patio, with a view of the beach and listen to the sound of the waves. At The Turquoise Turtle you will truly make memories!

Good to know

The Turquoise Turtle is a third floor, gulf view condo that overlooks one of the largest pools on the island. The unit was impeccably updated in 2021; all appliances, furniture, linens/towels, and decor are new. The bathrooms have been completely redone with gorgeous glass and porcelain tile, quartz vanities and new mirrors. No expense was spared making The Turquoise Turtle the premier unit within Loggerhead Cay. **Kitchen** In addition to the brand new stainless steel appliances, The Turquoise Turtle is stocked with restaurant quality tools, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware. You will have everything to make memorable meals with your family. Brand new quartz countertops and glass tile backsplash create a bright and beachy feel. The condo includes a dining table that comfortably seats six and features a gorgeous white capiz shell chandelier. **Living Room** Beyond the stunning view of the Gulf, the living space in The Turquoise Turtle features a custom white shiplap wall, plantation shutters, handpicked artwork, a chic sectional, and 60" smart TV with basic cable, all connected to gigabit fiber optic wifi. Connect all your devices for fast streaming. The centerpiece of the room is our unique fossilized clamshell coffee table. **Master Bedroom & Bathroom** Enjoy the fantastic king bed, with our favorite hybrid mattress, and hotel quality bedding. A smart TV and full size dresser accompany the two closets in the room, with ample space for all of your clothes, whether staying for a week or a month! The bathroom is completely new with a vanity and shelving for your toiletries as well as a stunning turquoise glass shower/tub surround adorning the soaking tub. **Second Bedroom & Bathroom** The second bedroom features twin bunk beds and a City Furniture queen bed as well as a flatscreen tv. All mattresses are the exact same quality as the King in the master. The second bathroom can be accessed from the hallway, next to the bedroom and features a vibrant tile feature wall as well as stylish white tile walls and tile shower floor. The vanity is a large 48" that provides ample space whether used by just one person, or four sharing the room to store their items. **Lanai** Relax, sip your favorite drink, and listen to the surf on our outdoor patio featuring comfortable woven wood furniture. Behind the decorative privacy screen you will find a beach cart, beach toys for the kiddos including puddle jumpers for the little ones, rolling cooler, beach umbrella, and beach chairs.

Neighborhood

Located in the quiet East End of Sanibel, The Turquoise Turtle is situated close to all the popular shops of Periwinkle Way and only a couple minutes from the Sanibel Causeway. It is walking distance to Dante’s Coalfire Pizza and a short drive to most of the island’s restaurants. Bike Trails are accessible from the condominium complex, and the beach is a two-minute walk and can be seen from the unit. Sanibel Dwelling Rental License #21-00023923

Guest Access

The Turquoise Turtle comes with it's own numbered parking space, which is about 20 steps from the elevator. The unit is located on the third floor, near the elevator, but on the less trafficked side. A code will be given to you within 48 hours of your stay to access our smart lock.

Kelly was a great communicator and the house was well stocked with everything we needed for a carefree stay. We're grateful for her care and attention to detail. The house is steps from the beach and we enjoyed traveling around the island on bicycles that were easy to have delivered right to the condo. We'd be happy to come back again.

We had an excellent stay at Kelly’s place! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling with a small child. The place had everything we needed for our 18 month old (crib, high chair, kids dishes, toys, books, etc.). The pool is great and the beach is beautiful. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

One of the best places to stay!! The condo was so well equipped with everything you can think of! The furnishings were beautiful! The location was awesome! The onsite pool was so nice! Steps to the beach with great paths to get there! Communication with owner was the best! You walk into the condo and it takes your breath away! The condo was so well stocked! The little things the owner put out for you were so nice and very thoughtful! If you get the chance to stay in this condo you are lucky and blessed! If we could give the condo/owner more stars we would! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! We want to come back again!!!! Everything was flawless from check in to check out!!!!!

Kelly is a WONDERFUL host (very responsive and helpful)! The unit itself is EXTREMELY clean, new, fresh and tons of beach 'extras' are provided (i.e. chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach cart, fishing poles, floats). The unit is quite spacious with a beach and pool view and can easily accommodate up to six. All appliances, kitchenware, furniture, TVs, beds, bath were new and clean. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Kelly was a terrific host. She was very responsive and transparent in her communication. Also, super friendly and helpful. The condo was great - very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, wonderful view of the gulf on the lanai and short walk to the beach. We had such a great time at The Turquoise Turtle! The location is perfect — just steps away from the beach. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated all the beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrella and even a wagon to haul everything), which made our beach days super easy. The pool was awesome too, a great spot to relax after the beach. Kelly was a fantastic host — super friendly, quick to communicate, and her instructions made everything a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

Despite the island being affected by the hurricane 3 years prior, the island was well maintained with no obvious major signs of destruction left. The community was beautifully kept and maintained and very quiet as we went during the off season, which was perfect as it was a peaceful environment and not over crowded. The Condo was well kept and clean and felt like home during our stay. Kelly was very responsive when it came to responding to questions through Air BnB. It was a very short walk down to the beach and had a pool in the complex. The businesses are still re-establishing so we explored on the Fort Meyers side for more dining options but if well planned you can shop and plan for crossing the Sanibel bridge with tolls. The only downside is we did not know the toll bridge did not accept cash and we did not pay ahead of time for tolls with our rental car so we have yet to find out the total cost for crossing onto the island as you occur administrative fees without a toll pass.

Kelly was a wonderful host, we truly couldn’t have asked for better! She has thought of everything and prepared the condo accordingly. Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo itself was pristine clean and even more stunning than the pictures. It was absolutely a perfect home away from home. Truly an unforgettable experience.
